Winter Baserva, Owner
As featured on HGTV's House Hunters, Winter Baserva is an expert in all aspects of real estate from buying and selling to investing and REO properties. She builds her business based on honesty, respect, and trust by empowering her clients with the education and tools needed to make an informed decision.
Raised in Roswell, GA, she moved back to Atlanta in 2007, after working for a residential brokerage and commercial developer in Florida.
Her career originally started out in communications, advertising, marketing and public relations and has previously held positions with the Miami Art Museum, Miami Children s Museum, Grove Garden Luxury Residences, West Gulf Real Estate & Development, and others helping them grow their businesses through publicity management and strategic marketing campaigns.
Her public relations skills have received attention from highly-accredited publications such as Interior Design, Time Magazine, The Chicago Tribune, Atlanta Journal Constitution, and many others. She was recently featured on the Nationally recognized HGTV's House Hunters.
She is active in many community organizations and donates to several community causes including Alzheimer s Association, Big Brother s Big Sisters of SWFL, Fraternal Order of Police, Girls Making It On Purpose and the Healthy Start Coalition.

Gina Harrouk, Good Deal Specialist
Gina Harrouk has practiced real estate in the Atlanta market for the last four years. Her career originally started out working for Remax and Keller Williams. Later, she pursued the opportunity to work as an onsite sales agent for a luxury high rise development called Skyline; handling their strategic onsite sales and marketing efforts.
Over the years, she has worked on many prestigious developments and recently joined the One Winter team specializing in Atlanta GOOD DEALS! Her knowledge of finding good deals in addition to her devotion to her clients sets her a part in today s market place.
Raised in Grossepoint, Michigan, Harrouk has lived in Atlanta for the last 13 years. She has a degree in business administration from Florida State University.
She currently volunteers for the American Cancer Society and Jayden s Ladder, an organization that helps abused families and mothers in the Metro Atlanta area.Currently resides in Buckhead. |

David Jones, Good Deal Specialist
David Jones is a knowledgeable, caring home vulture that specializes in GOOD DEALS. He prides himself by living the three core values of The United States Air Force; Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do. David served actively for 12 years in the USAF as a combat communications technician, and photo journalist and has been awarded numerous accommodations for his commitment to defending America s interest. He still serves proudly as a reservist with the 55th Communications Squadron at Robbins Air Force base.
He is active in community activities and heads an entrepreneurial group for future business leaders at Oasis Family Life Church. David is also a published photographer with photographs in Essence, Flavors, and Around Town Sandy Springs, Kennesaw, and Acworth magazines.
Raised in Columbus, GA, David joined the United States Air Force in 1996, and served in almost every corner of the world. He was handpicked amongst 200 technicians to provide secure communications to various government organizations for the War in Iraq.

Angie Richards is a native of Philadelphia, PA. After attending Temple University and West Chester University, Angie relocated to Metro Atlanta. For over 13 years, Angie has made her life's passion real estate and is licensed in in Pennsylvania and Georgia. She began her own personal real estate portfolio in 1992. Suzanne Martin, Business Manager
Suzanne began her career in real estate in Maryland as a residential agent with Long and Foster Realtors. During her three year tenure, she garnered many top honors in sales for Top Producer, Top Listings and Overall Sales. She then changed directions from a traditional brokerage and ventured into business with an internet based broker, ZIP Realty, where she continued practicing real estate for two years before relocating to the Atlanta area.
Since relocating to the Metro area, Suzanne has become a certified Home Stager, and was affiliated with Maxsell Real Estate as a commercial associate. She also has over 11 years of experience in office management and is the One Winter Team business manager.
Suzanne volunteers weekly at The Ruth House, a womens Drug and Alcohol Rehab Center in Ranger, GA and on her off time you can find her relaxing with her husband, planning for her new grandbaby, or playing with their dog, Harley.
