Winter was over and beyond our expectations as a realtor. We liked that she is very current and hip which fit perfectly what we needed. We wanted a realtor who was in-tuned with our mentality and wasn’t 70 years older than us.
On our search for the perfect place we went to actually see around 50 houses with her and she tirelessly was very flexible to meet our demand. In many places she offered the sound of reason which was valuable as you are trying to see the forest for the trees. I enjoyed just bouncing ideas and thoughts of her as it is a process that you are going through when buying a house.
If you ride with her, just buckle up and hold on to your seats. you’ll be on a fast track to your new place, literally.

We are very new to Georgia and have absolutely no idea about the schools, neighborhoods etc. Winter was very patient and extremely cooperative through out the process helping us along with information about the different neighborhoods and school districts. She has excellent knowledge of the Metro Atlanta home market and was very responsive to our queries. She was very methodical in her approach to understanding exactly what we were looking for and was always able to schedule homes for viewing with a very short notice that we gave her. We ended up buying a HomePath property ( foreclosed property with Fannie Mae). She was very knowledgeable about the process and took care of all the required details starting from putting in a bid to the very moment after closing. We had the best experience you could imagine with Winter Baserva!
Our situation forced us to find a home on a tight timeline. In that time period we looked at over 30 houses on 4-5 outings. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods, construction, layouts, and quality was simply amazing.
Winter actually talked us out of making offers on multiple homes until she felt we would be happy with our choice, which equates to extreme Customer Service and care for your client! She could have gotten rid of us weeks earlier but she put that extra time and effort in for us. In addition, she watched our newborn and was patient with her (and us) as we browsed around each property.
Overall, Winter is a great person to have on your side when buying a home (from finding the right home to her top notch negotiation strategies) and we had a fantastic experience. We are excited to stay in touch with Winter, as we also gained a friend in this process.

Winter Baserva represented the seller in the transaction of the home I just purchased. Yes, I am the buyer on the “other team”, but I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to Winter Baserva. From the very first call I made to her, to the time that we closed, Winter went above and beyond the call of duty in helping a VERY DIFFICULT transaction to close. This was my first home purchase and I have now experienced myself that short sales are anything but short and as a matter of fact, they are incredbily stressful. However, when you have someone experienced like Winter running the seller side of the transaction, then you can rest assured that you will get your dream home. She was able to negotiate the short sale with the lien holder, get a much needed extension on the short sale approval, and she was even able to stop the foreclosure the day before the home was to be foreclosed on. In addition, she was incredibly knowledgable with the entire process. While I did have my own agent in the transaction representing me, Winter always made herself available to me and I had access to her personal cell phone of which she always promptly returned my calls and emails. Above all of this, Winter is an agent who cares. Her #1 goal was to help her clients avoid foreclosure—and she successfully did it. She pulled many “rabbits” out of her hat when we thought there were no more options left. I even witnessed this during the 11th hour at the closing. She is my hero and I coould never have gotten this home without her. Its not very often that you will hear the “other team” recommend an agent. If it wasn’t for Winter, I would not own my dream home today.
