I bought and sold four houses before I met Winter Baserva. My experience with the other agents was “meh” at best. In fact, I only remember one of the agent’s name. As my listing agent, Winter thoroughly researched to price my condo to get me top dollar in this market. And, at the same time, she marketed this property using so many resources (like literally SO many) that I was able to reach the largest number of potential buyers so that I sold my condo very quickly.

Winter in one word is a DYNAMO. I am not the easiest buyer to work with. She met us on numerous occasions, to look at multiple listings, and I found something wrong with the majority. She never complained about my hesitation and just continued to look for something that would suit our needs.
Once we found the property of our liking, she fought tooth and nail to get us the best purchase price possible. She continued to look out for us on every step of the closing process as well. It is rare to find someone that you can have full faith in, the make sure your first priority needs are met.

Once the lockbox went on the front door, Winter Baserva took over without us doing anything other than what she requested of us (that was very little). She kept us informed every step of the way — whether it was shown to a prospect who decided our house wasn’t for them or a potential buyer whose finances were in bad shape. Winter is absolutely amazing and the best real estate agent ever!! She helped us sell our first condo a couple years ago (for a profit at a time when everyone was still under water on their mortgages and I was just hoping to break even!) and now she helped us buy our first home that we LOVE and got an amazing deal on! After going through both processes, I can honestly say that I trust her 110% with everything real estate. I’ve referred her to several of my other friends/colleagues who have used her as well and they always come back raving about how terrific she is! She helped narrow down my long list of properties to view just by knowing what kind of neighborhoods and street views I did not like and was able to eliminate over half my list for me. We only had to go out a couple times to view properties before we found the perfect house that fit all our needs and was in our budget! And our offer on got accepted on the first house we put an offer on! No one can believe how easy our house hunting process has been – in a market where the average buyer has to put offers on multiple houses at above market value before getting one accepted, we were able to get ours accepted below market value and on the first try! She went above and beyond and was even on top of our lender to make sure he got all the documents squared away on time so our closing would go smoothly. I had no idea of all the things involved with buying a home but Winter had our back every step of the way from helping us get our inspection (which was incredibly thorough and we were able to use it as a huge bargaining chip in the negotiations later!), to recommending contractors and surveyors for the renovations and repairs we wanted to do after we moved in, to helping us think long term about where we see ourselves in the next 5-10 years. I consider Winter a true friend of mine now, not just my real estate agent and I trust her so much that I’ve told her for our next house that she can go pick it out by herself and handle all the negotiations and just let me know when I can move in! Seriously, Winter takes care of you like shes buying the house herself and she’s so supportive and caring throughout it all! Even when all we had was our tiny condo, worth only $130K, she treated us like million dollar clients and that’s why she will forever be our real estate agent and friend in life!
