Winter was definitely a quintessential element to helping us find our 1st home. She did an exemplary job of listening to all of the things we were looking for in a home, both reasonable and unreasonable and with her expert knowledge was able to find our perfect home in the perfect area that suited our lifestyle, tastes and needs. I have had a number of friends over the recent years who have looked and found homes, but over half of them had issues, problems and difficulties with their realtor. Either regarding the processing of the paperwork, lack of contact/responsiveness from their realtor or just getting the feeling that they didn’t matter.
