I was relocating to ATL from MN and did have much time to waste so on a weekend I sat down and googled top agents in Atlanta and came across Winter’s name. Everyone had excellent comments about her, so as I did not have much time on me to think about things and with my busy schedule and only 3 days  to hunt for a house, I decided to email Winter. Within I believe half an hour her response was there and she called me and discussed why I was trying to relocate, what was I looking for specifically in a house, community and so on. After our first phone conversation I know this is the person I wanna go with as she seemed extremely knowledgeable, professional and very very helpful. Since I was a first time home buyer, I had no idea as to how the process works. The very next day I had atleast 80 listings of homes in my inbox, amongst which atleast 40 were extremely close to what my wife and I were looking for. Winter had also emailed me websites to look for cities with top schools which was one of our top priorities apart from a decent and safe neighborhood. Also, there was this email with “EASY TO FOLLOW WORK FLOW” which explained the process of home buying which put me at ease as I had worked with another agent recently who was very nice but a disaster as she explained nothing, was not prepared and being a type A personality myself, I could see a world of difference by talking to Winter on the phone and the quick response and detailed explanation of house hunting tips. So here I arrive in Atlanta, Winter had emailed me the day before about our itinerary as I just had 3 day to house hunt, she arrived 10 minutes earlier to pick me up from my hotel and called me before she arrived so that to let me know that she is on her way, which was much appreciated. she had sorted out the houses which we had short listed, and told me exactly what we were going to see on day 1 and day 2, as she freed up day 3 so we could go back to the ones we liked and take a second look and negotiate etc. I was so impressed with her home work and extreme professionalism, as I had just given her less than 2 weeks to look and arrange for everything. She had made appointments so we did not have to sit and waste time for people to open doors, agents to be on duty to look at the sub-divisions etc, which was very impressive and very professional of her as she gathered that I was a man on a mission and did not have time to waste, above all, she had already entered all the home addresses in her fancy vehicle’s navigation, a day prior to me arriving, so all she had to do was to just click and they were all sorted by distance.Once we were done she called me and discussed everything, she kept eliminating the houses I did not like so to just make the process easy in my mind and then we could just focus on the homes we liked and threw away the ones we didnt, which was neat. Then the ones we had short listed, she was very knowledgeable in giving the pros and cons as she is an Atlanta native, so she knows “in and out of ATL and suburbs. She negotiated with our builder although there was more than one person who was interested in our house, which is in a new subdivision in Alpharetta and then we made our offer and the builder accepted it. This was ONLY THE BEGINNING, as I thought 80% was over, which was not true,until Winter walked me step by step and helped me throughout the whole loan process as the loan company which the builder made me go through was fine but not too impressive. Winter was available for me pretty much 24/7, not a single day went by when she did not email me and text me and informed me to do this and do that, so that everything flows well. She would call my loan company and inquire on my behalf as I am usually extremely busy in the day time and cannot really talk on the phone, but she made the whole process so easy and effortless for me, which was amazing. I could text her weekday or weekend, call her and she’d be available to the point that even after closing (we closed last Friday, Hurrayy) she helped me with everything and asked my loan company to send me all the copies of documents which I had signed. I could not go down to ATL due to my busy schedule for my closing and she represented me, checked on all the things which needed to be completed, went above and beyond to look out for us and our house hold. She is genuine, committed, dedicated, extremely professional, hard working and an extremely nice person to work with. I am a physician and I have already recommended her to my colleagues, I really am ineffable when it comes to praising her for what she did for us. Bottom line, you cannot go wrong with Winter as she will never leave you alone in the whole process of home buying or Im sure even home selling. If I wish there were more than 5 STARS to give her, as in my opinion not only in Atlanta, but I can for sure say I could not have found such an intelligent and dedicated real estate agent in the U.S. Winter, YOU ARE THE BEST.
